How do I change or replace the filter cartridge?

1. Gently remove the water reservoir from the jug (which contains the existing filter cartridge). If this is held on tight, gently pull the reservoir from the water outlet.
2. Once the water reservoir is separated from the main product body, remove the existing filter cartridge from the water reservoir by gently twisting and pushing it out of the reservoir.
3. Take the new filter cartridge out of its sealed bag and start the set up instructions as per the manual which can be found here. Repeat this steps until you have clear water.
4. Add the new cartridge in its place ensuring it is firmly pressed all the way into the water reservoir.
5. Add the reservoir with the installed filter cartridge back into the product body and then place the lid to close the unit.
